Application Submission Procedure (Manually)

Applications are invited for admission in classes VII , VIII and IX only.

Step 1:

Send the Application Form along the following documents to the address mentioned at the end of this page.

  • Two passport size photographs of the candidate.
  • Attach college copy of registration fee challan form.
  • A copy of B-Form.
  • Attested Copy of VI Class result card (only for Admission in VII Class)
  • Attested Copy of VII Class result card (only for Admission in VIII Class)
  • Attested Copy of VIII Class result card (only for Admission in IX Class)
  • School leaving certificate.
  • NIC copies of Father & Mother/ Guardian

Step 2:

Prospectus along with application form, sample papers and syllabus will be sent to your postal address or can also be downloaded from our website. Written test will be held at one of the given centers in prospectus.

Step 3:

After test and Interview, selected candidates will receive Call/Message/Email from LGCC Faisalabad.

Application Submission Procedure (Online)

The LGCC has also launched the online admission portal (admissions.lgcc.com.pk) for the submission of online admission form.Through the portal, applicants can create personalized profiles, providing essential details such as their educational background, personal information, and supporting documents. The portal allows applicants to easily upload their required documents, eliminating the need for physical paperwork and reducing administrative burdens. The following procedure is adopted for the submission of online applications: -

  • First of all, create an account on our website. Upon successful creation of an account, you will receive a username and password in your personal email immediately.
  • Login at our website with the username and password you received.
  • Fill out the online form and submit it, after verifying your information.
  • After the submission of your form you can generate a ‘’ Registration Fee Challan Form ‘’ to take print and deposit fee in any scheduled bank of Pakistan.
  • After the payment of the fee, your fee will be verified by the College and the Roll No slip will be enabled in your online account at our website. You have to download it and take a print. You have to bring the same to your exam center.
  • No candidates will be allowed to take the exam without roll number slip and form B. Entries in the online Application Form must be based on correct information. All entries will be subject to scrutiny and verification. False information by the candidate noticed at any stage of her stay at the college, will render her liable to disciplinary action/withdrawal with payment of training charges. The last date for submission of the online application form will be advertised through the press, media and website.
